Terms and Conditions for the Bakery

By using the Bakery you agree by the terms, conditions, and licenses contained on this page.

Submissions

By submitting an article, tutorial, code sample, download, image, or other copyrightable material you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Cake Software Foundation Contributor License Agreement. ("CLA") Your submission will be sufficient to show that you understand the terms of the CLA. Any submission that becomes part of the core distribution will be preceeded by a fully executed, signed CLA.

Using the Bakery

In the effort to make copyrights easy to for users understand we have adopted two licences. All users of the Bakery are bound by these licenses with regards to the material available.

All articles, tutorials, news, case studies, and other materials and work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 2.5 License.

Code: MIT License

Unless otherwse contained in the source code, all submitted code samples is licensed under The MIT license.
CakePHP is also licensed under The MIT License.
